English Language Tuition
Upon arrival at the college, our students take an English Language test and they are placed in a class appropriate to their ability. Each student’s progress is monitored throughout their course and students may change class as their learning progresses. Teaching takes place in small, mixed nationality groups, averaging 10-12 students per class. All Summer School teachers are qualified in the teaching of English and most teach at the college throughout the academic year. Our teachers make English Language learning interesting, challenging and entertaining, and students are encouraged to speak and contribute as much as possible in class. Classes are designed to build each student’s confidence and to make them enjoy learning the English Language.

Students who select English Plus Activities, English Plus Football or English Plus Riding receive 15 hours of tuition each week. Students who select English Plus or IELTS Preparation receive 27 hours of tuition each week. Please click on the links above for detailed information and sample programmes for each course.
