| Deciding
upon which college to choose for pre-university education is not an easy
matter. We believe that the "Brooke House formula" is well tried
and tested, and guarantees success, both in terms of students securing a
bright academic future, and in terms of allowing students to mature into
independent, rounded and motivated young adults ready for a university environment.
We strive at Brooke House to help students secure their optimum placement
in higher education, taking into account: their innate ability; their level
of competency in the English language; their ambitions and the time and
level of finance available to them.
We

Our staff
Our staff is comprised
of highly-qualified and experienced professionals, many of whom are or
have been school inspectors or national examiners. Our staff is made up
of full and part-time members, and residential duties are performed by
staff from the teaching body. Students therefore have close access to
their tutors at all times. It is not uncommon for students at reunion
and alumni events to describe teaching at Brooke House as the best they
have ever experienced.
On account of our
long-established reputation the college is a member of several accredited
bodies:
The Director Of
Studies is a
member of the Conference for Independent Further Education which was founded
to promote the highest standards of education within member colleges
The College is recognised
as efficient by the British Accreditation Council and has satisfied the
Council in respect of its premises, its general organisation, the control
and supervision of students and staff, the quality of teaching and supporting
services, the welfare of its students, and its legal and financial stability.
